Pistachio is the world's most cherished premium nut — and dates are one of the most versatile and naturally nutrient-rich whole foods on earth. At MIR Foods, both are sourced from trusted global origins and processed in our Canadian Halal certified processing market. We source raw in-shell pistachios and whole dates through our active India, Sri Lanka, and Egypt supply corridors and process them in-house in London, Ontario. Additional sourcing origins are currently under development.

We actively source raw in-shell pistachios and whole raw dates with pit through our established India, Sri Lanka, and Egypt supply corridors. Dates are selected with pit and are processed through our full deep-pitting line — washed, sorted, pitted and packed. Additional origins under development.
Processed in Canada
Pistachio — shelled, sorted, roasted and packaged. Dates — washed, sorted, pitted and packed. Both processed at our London, Ontario facility under SFCR compliance, FS food safety, and ethical ISNA Canada halal certification. Made in Canada — officially.

We buy raw and processed through our active supply corridors in India, Sri Lanka, and Egypt — then wash, sort, grade and process in-house at our London, Ontario facility. From premium nuts and dates to specialty ingredients, we deliver consistent quality, reliable supply and flexible solutions. Additional sourcing corridors are under development.
Pistachio
Rich in flavor. Excellent natural color. Often grown in sun-drenched Orchards. Raw shelled and various processed options supply to Canada for resale and private label.
Walnut
Rich in omega-3, a powerhouse nut known for brain health and heart care. Available in various grade and sizes in premium whole, halves and pieces.
Almond
Rich in Vitamin E, magnesium & antioxidant. Natural elongated almonds, cultivated in the finest orchards. Almond flour available. Perfect for bakery, confectionery and health food manufacturers.
Cashew
Soft in texture. Creamy, best taste. Various sizes and types. Widely used in sweets, processed products, bakery, cooking and many more.
